Job Description
1.Develop and implement a EU AC product strategy, including gathering product demand, identifying product competitiveness gaps, and identifying market opportunities.
2.Work with cross-functional team, including domestic R&D, international marketing headquarters, EU branch to bring AC products from concept to European market.
3.Understand customer needs and industry trends based on European market and user demand surveys, and use these data to inform product decisions.
4.European laws and regulations research, industry association information research, cutting-edge technology information and industry dynamic intelligence collection.
5.Ensure that EU AC products are competitive and aligned with business objectives and make recommendations for improvement.
6.Closely monitor the EU AC market and regulatory environment to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
7.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the AC product team.
Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in refrigeration and air conditioning, thermal energy and power engineering, Mechanical engineering, electrical or related.
2.Air conditioning product manager experience, European market preferred.
3.Understand the current situation and development trend of the European air conditioning industry, with excellent project management and communication skills.
4.Skilled use of product management tools, methods and analysis.
5.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
6.Strong problem solving skills and data-driven decision-making methods.
7.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
8.Experience in Japanese brand VRF or LCAC product planning or development is preferred.
9.Fluent in English and a second foreign language (Italian, Spanish or German).
