Location: India, Remote Work
Position Highlights:
Leading the export market for domestically produced electric laparoscopic staplers in 2022 by sales volume.
This is a new position; India is not a blank market, and there are existing sales, albeit not large.
The overseas market has already entered over 90 countries.
Responsibilities:
Fully manage the assigned overseas region, formulate and execute the regional strategy, operations, and talent planning, and be responsible for the regional P&L.
Implement and achieve sales targets within the region, aiming to increase profitability and market share.
Manage, promote, maintain, and develop personnel, products, and customers in the region; provide guidance and establish regulations and processes to ensure smooth internal and external collaboration within the overseas market team.
Collect and analyze market and competitor information within the region.
Plan, manage, and operate the market within the region.
Ensure the safety of goods and funds within the region.
Review and report on regional work summaries (including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as various work summaries).
Maintain key customers within the assigned overseas region.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree
Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience or 5 years in the same position at a large medical company.
Language: Fluent in spoken English.
Industry Background: Experience in local sales of medical-related products; familiarity with surgical minimally invasive products is preferred.
