Job Description
1. Design and follow teaching plans according to school curriculum;
2. Undertake a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate young learners’ abilities;
3. Execute assessment of young learners’ performance and progress;
4. Co-teach with the classroom teachers and actively participate in the co-planning and co-evaluation;
5. Undertake homeroom responsibilities and manage the class according to school schedule;
6. Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations;
7. Maintain good communication with parents and give regular feedback regarding learners’ progress.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above; academic background in linguistics or education would be preferred;
2. At least 2 years’ teaching experience. Experience in teaching young learners would be preferred;
3. Language proficiency: 120 TEFL/TESOL/CETTA is required;
4. Experience in IB school with a relevant certificate would be preferred;
5. Speaks English at an idiomatic level
6. Clean criminal background
