Opened by Ignace Lecleir, who has been general manager for various Michelin restaurants in New York and Los Angeles, the vision of the group is to deliver hospitality. Being awarded for Best restaurant in Asia in 2018 and Number 7 in the world, the company is looking to find a new Maitre D to fit in the company.
