Public CompanyElan is a provider of English language arts training services for children aged 5-15 in China. The first Elan school opened its doorsin March 2013. Presently, there are 20 Elan schools operating in Shanghai, Bejing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Foshan. ln early2016, Elan School was acquired by Country Garden Education Group (now rebranded as Bright Scholar Education Group, a publiclylisted company on the NYSE), one of China's largest education providers, serving over 30.000 students and emploving 60,000 staffmembers.
Elan is dedicated to creating a language application space that stimulates children's interest in reading, subverting traditional models. It focuses on cultivating children's reading interest, literacy, and habits, as well as developing their logical, creative, and critical thinking skills.
